General

  • No information on the website may be published, copied or sold in any form without the written approval of Company Name.
  • Information supplied on any of the electronic forms, will only be used for communication and administrative purposes. It will not be used to send unsolicited e-mail, and will not be divulged to any other party.
  • Although every care has been taken to provide accurate information, Company Name cannot be held responsible and will not accept liability for any loss or damage caused by any act or consequence arising from applying such information.
  • All deposits are non-refundable

  • Lamori & Staff promise our best attention & guidance at all times.
  • All print work must be approved by you, the client, before anything 
  • is printed. If mistakes are missed, we will not be held liable for reprinting - 
  • but it can be done at a surcharge.
  • Lamori & its Staff will not be held liable for any loss due to theft or fire on the premises.
  • Lamori & its staff reserve the right to acquire personal details, like identity numbers and addresses. 
  • All final Balances to be paid in cash or direct transfer before or on collection. No products
  • will be given without payment. 
  • Due to high demand of our product and services, we work on a first come, first serve basis, 
  • and if you have booked, but not yet paid deposit, please keep us up to date and 
  • informed as to when deposits will be paid for products and services required. 
  • Arrangements can however, be made if late payment might incur. 
  • Can be made by e-mail or telephone
  • Sunday or public Holiday appointments will be charged at 
  • R200 per hour - Payable in advance into our bank account 
  • Weekdays from 9-5pm and Saturdays from 8-12.

  • Venue Terms & Conditions
  • Lamori & Staff promise our best attention & guidance at all times.
  • When payments re made, it serves as acceptance of quotes,
  • and therefore, once your payment is made, you will be held liable
  • for all costs, and total cost of your function or wedding.
  • Lamori & its Staff will not be held liable for any loss due 
  • to theft or fire on the premises.
  • Lamori & its staff reserve the right to acquire personal details,
  • like identity numbers and addresses.
  • We may also ask for 3 months bank statements, 
  • and a copy of your payslip.
  • NO wines, spirits, cold drinks or food may be brought onto the premises
  • for consumption without prior arrangement and consent from Lamori,
  • and then there will be a limit to one bottle of Champagne 
  • or wine per table at a corkage fee of R28 per bottle.
  • Price are subject to change without prior notice.
  • No other DJ’s will be allowed due to our noise level.
  • A deposit of R3000 will secure your Venue Booking
  • The full balance of your account must be paid 10 days before 
  • your wedding - no cheques accepted
  • The deposit forms part of your total on your account and will be 
  • deducted from your total.
  • Final head count 10 days before your function - after the head count 
  • has been approved no cancellation of guests will be accepted,
  • but you may add to your guests lists.
  • Venue Bookings work on a first come, first serve basis, and therefore,
  • please ensure that you notify us once you have paid deposit.
  • We will also contact you in the case that we have a request for 
  • the same day of your function.
  • Bar facilities - 
  • You pay for the guests champagne and juice on tables,
  • your guests will pay for their own drinks the day of your function
  • on a cash only basis.
  • There is a R10 per glass fee, which your guests will be refunded
  • when they bring their glass back at the end of the night.
  • If the glass is damaged they will not receive their deposit back.
  • Please inform your guests of this deposit.
  • The deposit will also ensure that your R700 breakage deposit will
  • not be affected.
  • Limit bar account - 
  • you set a Limit for your guests, and once that limit has been reached,
  • your guests will start paying for their own drinks.
  • This limit must be paid 10 days before your function or wedding
  • with your total account balance.

  • Photography and DVD
  • Please insure that you Cater for our staff at the Reception.
  • Please also provide 2 Chairs for photography and 2 for DVD.
  • Storybook will take 8 to 10 weeks to set up, thereafter a date will be arranged for 
  • the Bride & Groom to approve the book. The book will then be sent through to our printers
  • and will take 2 weeks to be completed. Collection at Lamori Weddings. Lamori will not be held 
  • liable for any mistakes not changed on approval date. 
  • A disc with all the photos taken on the wedding day is available at R700 per disc. 
  • Additional R5 per km will be charged for a Venue further than 20km
  • Normal Album will be ready approx 6 weeks after wedding
  • Unlimited photos will be taken on the day of the wedding.
  • A maximum of 5 Extra Story Book Spreads per Package can be added.
  • Deposits are Non-Refundable
  • Deposit will secure your booking, no bookings can be made without receipt of payment.
  • Full balance payable 10 days before your Wedding
  • Coverage for an extra hour: R500 per Photographer

  • Invitations:  
  • No Envelopes are included in the price, but can be hand made at an additional cost.
  • There will be a set up fee of R150 per Invitation, and payment is due on ordering.  
  • Samples are the same cost as your invite, and is made with your own wording.
  • Colors for paper and ribbon as per our examples are not guaranteed, but we can try to match it once 
  • we have visited our suppliers as they do not always import the same products. 
  • Once your order has been placed, after your sample has been made, you may order as many 
  • Invites as you like starting from 10 minimum. After your order has been completed,
  • and you require extra invitations, we can not guarantee the same stock as per your first order,
  • as we buy the stock according to your first order. Due to the stocks being imported, the stock may
  • be sold out by the time you place a second order for extra invitations. 
  • Minimum Order is 10 invitations. No Maximum amount of invitations apply.
  • Lead time: 10 to 15 work days to complete orders. 

  • How it works: Choose an invite, send though your wording and info that will be on the invite
  • (we have a form that makes it easy). Then we will make a sample in your colors & wording. 
  • We either send you picture of the sample via what’s app or email, or you can collect the sample from 
  • our offices. Once approved, we will send your first invoice along with the terms & conditions 
  • for you to sign and send back to us before we proceed with your order. 
  • (Payment, written approval of wording and signed terms need to sent to us before we proceed).
  • Samples will be added to your final invoice. 
  • If you do collect your sample, it should be brought back to us when you place the order.
  • If a sample has been made, and the order is not placed within 7 days, we can not guarantee paper, ribbons
  • stock used, and the price quoted, due to imports.
